Marie is at a bazaar in 2004 when a tsunami hits. Marcus loses his twin brother in an accident in London. George from San Francisco is a medium who can contact the dead. Three different people. Three different portraits, linked with one another through the question of what comes after life. Or so it seems - at first. Gradually, however, the gentle camera captures glimpses of the three figures, who are preoccupied with a completely different question: What significance is attached to one's life before death? Cécile de France opted for a restrained yet emphatic portrayal of Marie, whose life has reached a turning point. The remaining days must be given a new orientation.
