Once upon a time, the teddy bears were driven out of the paradisiacal forest by the bloodthirsty unicorns. When a reconnaissance team goes missing in the enchanted forest, a group of young recruits must go forth and find out what is happening. Among them are the two brothers Bluey and Tubby, one of whom is rather timid but attracted to the wonders of nature, and the other who sees his chance to emerge as a hero. The fanaticism instilled in them against the arch-enemy prompts the troupe to advance daringly at first, but then they start to look deeper and deeper into their personal abysses. Exceptional dark-fantasy film in which religion and the abuse of power are mixed and parodied in a war film with a childlike quality.

Director's Biography:Alberto Vásquez is an illustrator, publisher and author of numerous graphic novels and has won countless awards for his work, including the Goya Award for Best Animated Short and Animated Long for DECORADO and BIRDBOY, respectively.
