Permaculture: organic, alternative farming, fascinating techniques, ancient knowledge to benefit from the highly efficient biological cycles that have been perfected by nature over millions of years. Using the example of a permaculture farm and school in Desnié (Belgium), Dechamps’ film fascinates with aesthetically powerful images, which he uses to highlight a way of food production that is able to resuscitate our understanding of nature and to renew our recognition for the immense riches of our planet’s biosphere.

Director's Biography:Dechamps started directing and producing documentaries after having worked as a photographer for 10 years. In 2018, driven by his environmental commitment, he realized his first documentary film ICI, LA TERRE at a farm in Desnié.
