Act one: Concerning the lives of Yaron and his colleagues at the anti-terror squad of the Israeli police. Act two: Concerning the lives of Shira and her comrades who want to hijack a billionaire’s wedding to declare his misdeeds to the whole nation on television. Act three: Yaron and his colleagues are ordered to stop the hostage-taking. Survivors are not mandatory ... A masterpiece of grim, cold political satire: The police squad is a group of highly likeable sociopaths, the young revolutionaries of the uppermiddle class appear to be terribly sexy but overly burdened, not only because Shira’s father is still haunted by his own failure as a radical in the 70s.
