Jie, a shy teenager and aspiring fencer, lives alone with his mother, who works as a singer and has just found happiness in a new relationship. Director's Biography:Nelicia Low is a film director and screenwriter from Singapore. She studied film and directing in New York and is now presenting her first feature film after several short films. She won the Best Director Award in Karlovy Vary this year.
