The teambuilding weekend or rather the assessment centre at Bickstein Consulting for smart financers in the South Tirol gets totally out of hand thanks to a bogus hostage-taking by have-been actors. Somehow they don`t understand their task. The cool consulters, however, do not know that they are part of a psychological project. To find out their potential under stress, it is being broadcast live into the control centre with the press attending. Philip Koch looks at the business world and and an abyss opens up.
