”It is a genuine challenge to shoot a film in today`s Iran about a prostitute because state and society deny the existence of prostitution”, says the film director Abbas Rafel about his most recent film. An ex-prostitute has left her former life behind by marrying. However, her husband does not trust her, locks her in, beats her. After her husband has had a serious aacident, she tries to pay for his treatment in that she does his work for him as a courier and delivery driver. Against all prejudice,s she has to assert herself against working women and also against the hostility and contempt of the family of the husband.
