Swinging London in the 60`s: Kit Lambert and Chris Stamp plan to shoot a documentary about any rock band and come across a still totally unknown small band which enthrals them from the very start: The Who. Despite no experience in management and music business, they become their managers and, according to frontman Roger Daltrey, ”the fifth and sixth members of the band”.
