In this film I tried to surround the very classic aspect of self films, that of a thinker as an expansion of myself. So i was ‚so to speak’ heavily influenced by my studies, courses and Rolf Dieter Brinkmann, a german  revolutionary pop avantgarde writer of the 60’s.
You can see me going upstairs a dirty house, who was in a mess at that time, six stories high. I could not breathe and i had to carry an Arri-flex 16mm camera and a very big battery for it that has had a weight of nearly 10 pounds. To say something what was important to me at that time: That sometimes you have to throw the mess out, a building has somehow also the meaning of one’s self. Some sequences were taken
with an ancient Bolex 16mm camera.
