Iran. Now hostage to politics and the military for decades. Tyranny and war, including nuclear threats, dominate the people. There has been no room for open social exchange for a long time. And so it is up to prose to be able to talk about problems without calling a spade a spade. Between reality and dream, this work of art tells of an endless war. Here, victims always claim new victims, but the question of responsibility remains open. Visually overwhelming camera movements with surreal, elegant images make a context visible. This film is an experience in light, colour, sound - and hope for an unconstrained life.
Director's Biography:Born in Iran in 1987, Abed Abest studied architecture. However, his interests initially led him to the theatre. In 2013, he switched to the medium of film as an actor. He then shot short films and is currently active as a writer and director.
