On a dark autumn evening, Jan hits his neighbour’s 8-year-old son, Nikolai, who falls into a coma. The reason for the accident seems clear, but Svein, Nikolai’s father, starts growing suspicious of Jan’s explanations. A deep mistrust begins to develop between the two families as they try to come to terms with the event.

Thomas Wangsmo comes from Asker, a small Oslo suburb in Norway. he studied film production in Bournemouth, England and Montreal, canada. Since his grades in 2010 he produced several short films. INTO THE DARK is his feature lenghth debute.
