For just a few seconds, their eyes remain locked on each other. In a coach, Kira and Ian travel independently to the Ilse of Skye. Both are on the run - from their past as well as from the reality of their lives. They meet for a second time that night and this time a magical connection develops between the two strangers. But fate tears them apart again. Both return to London - without knowing that they live in the same city. Authentic and poetic, director Aylin Tezel captures the attitude to life of many of today's thirty-somethings who are caught between fear of commitment and self-optimisation.

Director's Biography:AYLIN TEZEL born in Bünde in 1983. After studying at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin, she has been working as an actress for film and television productions since 2006. FALLING INTO PLACE is her debut film as a director.
