A pair of lovers experiences their last night together, a man sleeps through an entire season, a deceased person is brought back to life by a radio, and a woman finds herself in Rome in the middle of the night. ELECTRIC FIELDS tells six stories of people whose normal lives are mysteriously turned upside down in a tragicomic, wistful atmosphere. Poignant, poetic images, shot entirely in black and white and imbued with quiet humour, make you forget time.

Director's Biography:Director’s biography: Born in Bern in 1992. She completed her master's degree in feature film directing at the ZHdK in Zurich in 2023. Her film ALMOST EVERYTHING was awarded the Student Oscar in 2018. She is a member of the collective Sabotage and has been a lecturer in screenwriting at the ZHdK since 2023.
