The film shows everyday life in a small East German town, 60 km away from Berlin. Moritz von Uslar goes in search of East German clichés, alcoholism, migration, right-wing extremism, and finds home values, pub beer, barbecues with the German flag, hanging around in petrol stations – and humour.
