School friends Ira, Malin and Ka celebrate their graduation with a road trip through Italy. On their journey, they meet the mysterious backpacker Zoe and take her with them. Without a plan, they let themselves drift and explore their newfound freedom. When their old Passat breaks down in the mountains and they seek help, they discover a mountain village that seems to have been inexplicably abandoned. In this deserted isolation, they experience indescribable freedom for the first time.
