A Spanish black comedy, original, murderous and bizarre. Madrid: Julia is a real estate agent with the qualities of a detective. While she is illicitly spending the night in a luxury apartment in the centre of madrid, she makes two discoveries: a dead engineer and 300 million pesetas in rubbish bags. She takes the money, but soon finds out that the other inhabitants are in cahoots with each other and are all after the money. How can she get the money out of the house? Julia has chosen a hazardous path; the neighbours are armed and dangerous. This collection of flamboyant characters was nominated for 15 Goyas and won three. One of them went to Carmen Maura as best actress.
