The 1967 six-day-war ends with a triumph for Israel: Gaza and West Bank are now in the hands of Israel. At that time the writer, Amos Oz, interviewed the soldiers involved. They reported relentlessly about the destruction, the horrors of war and their fears for the future, much more critically than Amos Oz had expected. The testimonies were severely censored and remained under lock and key - until now. In the film the veterans, who are today over 70, let their earlier doubts about this war and their victims now take their effect emotionally. The film, which was co-produced by the Cologne film production firm, MADE IN GERMANY, had its premiere in Sundance in 2015.
