For as long as 21-year-old Bruno can remember, there has only been him and his mother Toni, who is just 15 years older. Nothing and no one else have a place in their chaotic lives. They even work together in a holiday resort in Spain. It is only when Hannah, Toni's new partner, moves into their shared bungalow that Bruno threatens to lose his mother's love. Bruno has to realise that his previous sense of responsibility towards Toni is a bigger burden than he thought. Confronted with the choice between his own life and the symbiotic relationship with his mother, Bruno realises that he has to make a decision to save himself.

Director's Biography:André Szardenings was born in Düsseldorf in 1989 and worked as a cameraman. Studied directing at the International Film Class Cologne. His debut film BULLDOG (director, screenplay, camera) was nominated for the First Steps Award.
