It is enough to make you cry: Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in contemporary Istanbul. They struggle - each for themselves - with the "little catastrophes" of life. Astrology, lotteries and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-defining elements in their daily lives.

In this tragicomedy, the director succeeds - with a sympathetic lightness and a lot of winking - in portraying the discomfort and fears of a generation.

Director's Biography:Umut Subaşı was born in 1990 in Ankara and studied film design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir. His latest short film was selected as the best short film at the Istanbul Film Festival and received the SIYAD Award.
