Three final projects of the Braunschweig film class will be presented in this program. Caspar de Gelmini deals in his diploma thesis NIGHTLINE with the topic of migration by means of the emigration history of his own great-grandmother. The music of the film is based on an orchestral piece composed by de Gelmini himself. In HELL OR HELL, the diploma thesis of Wenxiang Zhu, questions are asked about methods of representation in different medialities. medialities and the inner state is recreated by means of thought experiments. The starting point of Meyrick Kaminsiki's master student work PASSIONFRUIT is Michael Franks' record of the same name. The essay film uses an artistic media archaeology to let analog video techniques arrive in the digital today.
