A WALL IS A SCREEN turns the city into a screen. After the great success in 2011, the BIFF together with the Hamburg Künstler:innen-Kollektiv once again invites you to a cinematic city tour. A WALL IS A SCREEN offers a special kind of short film programme. It redefines public space and transforms the evening city into a cinema: walls of houses become screens and backyards become cinema halls. Under the motto "Mobility and Urban Development", the artists' collective will go on a discovery tour together with the audience. The starting point is directly at the Ringerbrunnen. The exact route remains a secret. Afterwards, a get-together is planned in the garden of the "Salve Hospes" art association. The event is sponsored by Volkswagen Financial Services.
