The Frenchwoman Caroline and Jaakko from Finland get to know each other in the bar of a hotel in Lithuania`s capital Vilnius. Without being able to speak a common language, they come closer to one another and spend the night together. However, the non-binding one-night stand takes an unexpected turn as all flights are cancelled due to the consequences of a volcanic eruption. And so, of necessity, the buy architect spends another day in the foreign town - and with Jaakko, who works and travels around the world as a sought-after DJ. The story, with a lot of sensitivity and two fantastic actors, tells of the consequences of a bestowed day in a global, regulated world.
