Two women, Aylin and Havva, tell their story from a Turkish prison. Both experienced violence in their marriage for a long time and killed their husband in self-defence - for which they were found "guilty". Since the director was not allowed to visit the two women in prison, they wrote down their life stories in letters. They tell of their home, how they suffer from the separation from their children, of love and anger, their dreams and their nightmares. Two actresses read the texts, for which the director has created congenial images, all from places where Aylin and Havva have lived. An impressive film that has a long-lasting effect!

Director's Biography:Ceylan Özgün Özçelik, born in Turkey in 1980, lives in Istanbul. She studied law and worked for radio and television for a long time, writing film reviews. Her short films have screened at numerous festivals. 15+ is the second film in her WITCH TRILOGY.
