Greek mythology meets a hygiene-mad cult and the Brothers Grimm: After his acclaimed debut film THE BUNKER, Nikias Chryssos in his new film tells an absurdly bizarre allegory about two inseparable siblings who live in a mysterious community on a remote Greek island, isolated from the rest of the world, which they consider impure and dangerous. A central role for the cult, which finances itself by making soap, is played by the Greek goddess Hygieia, who stands for health, purity and hygiene.
Outstanding in the role of the charismatic cult leader Fust is Belgian actor Sam Louwyck!

Greta Bohacek is nominated for the Braunschweig Film Award for her portrayal of Irina.

Director's Biography:Born in 1978 in Leimen. He studied film and video production at the Surrey Institute of Arts & Design in England and film directing at the Filmakademie in Baden-Württemberg.
